Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Bridge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Cleveland focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
