Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Foxglove Yarrow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Cincinnati. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
