Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Chicago, IL)

Nova Telecom Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
