Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Charlotte. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We invest in training. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
