Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Quarry Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Charlotte area, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
