Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Yarrow Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Charlotte region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
