Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Beacon Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
