Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Boston, MA)

Ironwood Fern Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Boston focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Boston. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
