Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Birmingham, AL)

Stonegate Linden Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Birmingham focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
