Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Linden Farms is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
