Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Ivory Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Atlanta, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
