Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Granite Auto Group is a Atlanta company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
