Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Meadow Construction is a Atlanta contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
