Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Haven Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Anchorage region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
