Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Anchorage, AK)

Summit Wren Environmental Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
