Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Corner Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
