Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Corner Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
