Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Quarry Inspection Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for scheduling. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
