Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Cedar Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Albuquerque with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 492 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
