Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Summit Manufacturing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
