Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Bright Birch Telecom and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
