Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Wichita, KS)

Lumen Basin Inspection Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
