Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Wichita. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. We invest in training. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
