Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Lakeside Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Virginia Beach, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for field records. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
