Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Vista Markets is a Tulsa retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
