Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Birch Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tulsa. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. You would join a large organisation of about 712 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for test reports. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
