Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Toledo, OH)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Toledo plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
