Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Vale Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in Toledo, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
