Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Toledo, OH)

Silverline Bridge Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Toledo with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
