Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Tampa, FL)

Bright Field Manufacturing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
