Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Loom Press produces print and digital publications in Tampa, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for proofing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
