Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Oak Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Tampa, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a large organisation of about 215 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
