Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Vale Manufacturing is a St. Louis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
