Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Sparrow Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
