Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Juniper Foods Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
