Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (San Jose, CA)

Lumen Vista Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with promotions.
