Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (San Antonio, TX)

Rivermark Harbor Freight Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for dock schedules. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
