Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (San Antonio, TX)

Rivermark Corner Manufacturing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
