Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Glen Inspection Services Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with certifications.
