Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Clear Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
