Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Sacramento, CA)

Greenridge Fox Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
