Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (Reno, NV)

Rivermark Rook Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Reno plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
