Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Summit Oak Farms is an agricultural business based around Toledo, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field records. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
