Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Harborlight Vale Manufacturing Group makes precision components in San Antonio, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
