Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Northwind Hollow Farms is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for harvest schedules. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
