Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom provides broadband and phone service around St. Louis, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
