Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Foxglove Maple Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Birmingham, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our customs and documents. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
