Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Highbridge Drift Foods is a Colorado Springs food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on customs and documents. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
