Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Foxglove Stone Freight is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Knowledge of freight terms.
