Logistics Coordinator - customs and documents (remote)

Fernwood Rook Construction is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on customs and documents for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for permits. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
